Returns and Timeframe
You may return your items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To start the return process, please contact us at info@thebritishwardrobe.com. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and sent back in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
Returning an Item
To begin the return process, please email us at info@thebritishwardrobe.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Please note that returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to proceed. Make sure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 days. Please note that we do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, simply email info@thebritishwardrobe.com with the details of the new item. Please note that exchanges are only available for new items and must be requested within 30 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the process once we receive your request.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@thebritishwardrobe.com as soon as possible. Please be aware that cancellations may not be possible once an order has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please take a photo and email it to info@thebritishwardrobe.com. We will address the issue by sending you a replacement or the correct item.
