Shipping Process

Once processed, your order will be shipped, and you will receive an email with tracking details. Shipping generally takes 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday). We offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.
Delays
If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please note that delays may occur due to factors such as peak seasons, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please take a photo and email it to info@thebritishwardrobe.com. We will address the issue by sending you a replacement or the correct item.
